  • Use the “Request Files” feature to collect documents securely from others without granting folder access.

  • Restore previous versions of documents and recover deleted files using the OneDrive Recycle Bin and version history.

  • Sync OneDrive to their desktop for offline access and manage synchronization settings effectively.

  • Collaborate in real time on Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) stored in OneDrive using co-authoring features.

  • Manage shared libraries and understand how OneDrive integrates with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

  • Use OneDrive mobile app features to access and manage files on the go securely.

  • Understand and apply OneDrive storage limits, compliance features, and admin-managed settings to meet organizational standards.
