The Team Acceleration Lab™
Resilience + AI + Automation Sprint (1-Day Immersive)
A one-day, hands-on Sprint that helps teams reduce overload, improve execution, and build real workflows using resilience practices, practical AI, and automation.
What This Is The Team Acceleration Lab™
The Team Acceleration Lab™ is a high-impact, one-day immersive experience designed for individuals and teams who want real outcomes—not another training day.
This Sprint combines three critical elements of modern performance:
Resilience skills that keep teams grounded, regulated, and aligned under pressure
AI skills that teams can actually adopt and use responsibly
Automation building time that reduces manual work and increases speed and follow-through
This is a “build-and-apply” day with tangible outputs, real collaboration, and an executive-ready close.
Outcomes: What Each Team Leaves With
By the end of the Resilience + AI + Automation Sprint (1-Day Immersive), every team leaves with:
A shared resilience operating system
Common language, team norms, and resilience rituals that support communication and execution when pressure rises.A practical AI workbench
Prompt patterns, quality control workflows, and guardrails so AI becomes usable, repeatable, and safe.A working automation prototype or pilot plan
A real workflow improvement tied to day-to-day work, built in the tools you already use (or mapped into a pilot-ready blueprint).
Who This Is For

One-Day Agenda (High-Impact and Immersive)
The Team Acceleration Lab™ is a full-day build-and-apply Sprint designed for real progress in one day.
Sprint Day Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working lunch included: A working session built into the day to maintain momentum and complete deliverables
Pre-Work (sent 7–10 days before)
Participants complete a light prep so Day 1 stays hands-on and fast-moving.
Pre-work includes:
10-minute baseline survey: stressors, friction points, meeting pain, automation opportunities, AI readiness
Bring 1 workflow to fix: intake → triage → approvals → reporting (or similar)
Access prep: confirm tools and access needs (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools, and other systems you use day-to-day)
Output before Day 1: Each participant arrives with one “work friction” example and a measurable goal (time saved, fewer errors, faster cycle time, improved response time).
-
Business reality: speed, overload, ambiguity, constant change
What resilience looks like at work (operational, not motivational)
How AI + automation reduce cognitive load when paired with healthy team norms
-
Skills
Micro-stress recognition (triggers, signals, drift)
“Reset” methods (in-the-moment regulation + repair after conflict)
Team resilience rituals (before/after tough meetings, handoffs, escalations)
Activity
Live scenario practice in small groups
Build a Team Resilience Charter (1-page) including:
“When pressure rises, we…” norms
escalation + repair rules
trigger-aware communication agreements
-
Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.
-
Skills
Prompt patterns for business outcomes (summarize, compare, plan, draft, analyze, brainstorm, critique)
Quality control using a trust-but-verify workflow
Safe-use guardrails (what not to paste, data handling, approval flow)
Activity
Create a Team Prompt Pack (15–25 reusable prompts) tied to:
meetings + follow-ups
customer communication
internal SOPs
project planning
decision support
-
We include a working lunch session to keep momentum high and ensure teams have time to finish builds, refine workflows, and move deliverables into an executive-ready format.
-
Teams choose one lane depending on their environment:
Lane A: Microsoft 365 / Power Platform
Quick-win automations using Power Automate
forms + approvals
notifications + reporting loops
Lane B: Google Workspace / Cross-platform automation
automations tied to Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive workflows
intake forms and routing
calendar + email workflows
CRM updates
task creation
dashboards
Activity
Teams map workflows using a Friction-to-Flow Map:
trigger points (human)
failure points (process)
automate points (system)
Build one of the following by the end of the studio:
a working automation prototype, or
a pilot-ready blueprint (steps, roles, permissions, metrics, risks)
-
-
This is where the work becomes real and fully customized to the team.
Deliverables
Sprint Demo: show the workflow, prompt pack, and resilience agreements in action
Adoption Plan (30/60/90 days):
training moments inside real work
champions + accountability
baseline metrics + reporting cadence
-
ROI narrative: time saved, reduced rework, better decisions, fewer preventable conflicts
Commitment ritual: one behavior + one automation + one AI use-case per person
Optional pre/post survey for measurable impact
What Makes This Different
This is not “training.” It’s a Sprint with tangible outputs.
The Team Acceleration Lab™ is designed to be:
Team-based (adoption happens in teams, not individuals)
Hands-on (participants build real assets in the room)
Practical (prompt packs, charters, workflows, prototypes)
Measurable (pre-work + adoption planning + outcomes)
Responsible (enterprise-friendly guardrails for AI use)
Value Guarantee
We want every participant to feel confident in the value of this experience.
If by 11:45 AM on Sprint Day you do not feel you’ve received meaningful value from The Team Acceleration Lab™, you can request a full refund and we will process it.
